Here was a residential case that we did.  while 2 investigators was in the basement they was conducting a light session as well as running thier audio recorders. we was very excited when we listened to this audio clip and could hear what appeared to be a pronounce "OK"   

But as Investigators we always need to make sure that we don't jump to conclusions about anything.  we did have another recorder in that general area at the same time and this is what we found.  

This was an example of how one recorder may detect sound differently and needs to have more to support the claim.  

Here is an example of a camera that malfunctioned in the Tooele Hospital. For the first part of the evening everything was working correctly and then the camera started to take a few of these photos where a pink tint is present and it seems that any reflective surface had a Melting affect.                      

 here is another prime example of not jumping to the paranormal explanations of things right off.  this was taken on a hunt at mercur cemetery. When this photo was taken and brightened up it seemed like sets of eyes staring back at me. i was thrilled about this because i knew it couldn't be headlight cause of where the road is located at. and i couldn't figure any other possibilities out.  so before i went to over the top i decided to return to the same spot and there before me was all the city lights from a nearby town. i was a little bummed that it wasn't paranormal but happy i found a genuine reason for the photo.
